Team Situational Leadership
Course Description
Provide workshop participants with the skills needed to effectively lead cross-functional teams using Situational Leadership Theory. Workshop focuses on practical Situational Leadership methods to support the leading and managing of dynamic teams. Session is 8 hours and may be offered in in a single day or consecutive days in 4-hour segments.

Individuals who will lead projects or teams, including members of management, engineers and project managers.
