Process FMEA/Risk Management
Course Description
This 12-hour workshop on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) will address both FMEA’s for Design and Processes. FMEA is the technique used by organizations to identify, prioritize and mitigate risks. Attendees will learn about initiating risk assessments, scope definition, assignment of risks and prioritizing actions to mitigate risk. The class is based on 2019 release of AIAG/VDA Standard for FMEAs.
Audience
Attendees should be individuals who will be responsible for participating in the development and maintenance of FMEA’s. Typical attendees will include engineers, quality personnel and manufacturing specialists.
